Herbal Circle - Herbology
What is it?
The Herbal Circle or Herbology workshop is a means to share and develop herbal knowledge by exploring the herbs close to hand.
Herbology workshops can take place at a rural space, herb garden, allotment or festival.
The group can be of all ages and up to 15 in number.
Children enjoy finding the herbs whilst we listen and share knowledge of those we find.
There are always opportunities to discuss herbs and their powerful impact on health.

Knowledge is Power
The idea for the Body Systems Herbal came to me whilst studying Herbalism over the last 10 years.
I wanted to create a way of bringing the information to life and being able to make easy connections between herbs and across body systems.
Presenting the information in colour instead of black and white was an obvious way to make the information stand out and be more memorable. It is particularly useful for those with creative or over-active brains!
The guide is:
- Clearly organised in colour (per body system)
- Shows herbal choices for each body system
- Shows relevant therapeutic actions, explained for each body system
- A useful means of finding the right herbs to support health when needed.
It would benefit anyone who wishes to empower themselves with knowledge of natures gifts in supporting health and healing.
The Body Systems Herbal Guide is currently available as a PDF (Digital) document which you can print off in colour and display on your wall.
